Establishing Thriving Economic Hubs Along NE-4 Delhi-Mumbai Super Expressway
We are strategically positioning Economic Growth Centres near the newly established NE-4 Delhi-Mumbai Super Expressway to harness the burgeoning economic opportunities emerging from this state-of-the-art infrastructure. Our objective is to draw significant investments in manufacturing and logistics into these prime zones.
Currently, we have consolidated a 30-acre plot for the development of an industrial cluster in the initial phase and are actively progressing towards the acquisition of additional locations along the Jaipur spur road including -Lalsot and also the Bharatpur-Alwar SH-(NCR)
The offerings in these clusters include fully licensed, state-compliant, and regulated spaces designed to accommodate cutting-edge warehousing and manufacturing operations.
Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) Station of New Khurja (20 Kms From Noida International Airport)
The project at the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) Station in New Khurja, Western Uttar Pradesh, is progressing in two phases. The first involves land acquisition and obtaining regulatory approvals for building logistics infrastructure near Khurja Station. The second phase involves deciding between bidding to operate the terminal or enhancing its value for the operator. Additionally, we have successfully worked with the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) to establish road access to the terminal, significantly improving logistical efficiency in the area by ensuring seamless last-mile connectivity.

NW Infra Gujarat, has acquired an 11-acre plot in Geetapur Village, Ahmedabad, licensed as non-agricultural (NA) land by the Gujarat revenue department. Located strategically across from Maruti Suzuki’s upcoming facility, the firm is actively seeking a primary tenant.
